I travelled to Anaheim, CA for the third round of the Monster Energy Supercross series with the TPJ Racing team as acting media & operations manager.
After a long week of classes, nothing is more exciting than getting on the plane to meet up with the team for a weekend at the races. Every weekend is a new adventure that I am extremely thankful for.
This week the team had 5 riders competing at Angel Stadium. Four of the five were able to qualify for the night show, and two qualified for the main event. This was awesome progress for the team and we are looking forward to seeing what the riders can do with the rest of the season.
I spent the day coordinating autograph signings and meet and greets, meeting with current team sponsors and potential sponsors, and helping the team keep things running smoothly throughout the day — all while giving TPJ Racing fans online a behind the scenes experience through social media. I spent the night show on the floor, shooting photos for TPJ Racing as well as Glory Hog Media.
Each weekend is a lot of work, but I enjoy every moment of it.
